Wow, impressive that you read so much, Tom! Let's see if that changes at all after you add another one to your household... :-)

I know Amy is not much into food these days and would like to make something for Sat. dinner that she has a chance to enjoy. Any ideas? (I am staying away from cheese, fish and chicken for multiple reasons - I hated chicken when I was pregnant - but if she's good with it, we can do it!) Look forward to seeing you both on Sat.
